In the fires of rebellion, some of the more dastardly members of Baldurian society choose to make their plays. Such it is that while the city of Grimgate remains under Martial Law, that the city’s gangs come out to play. With their forces spread across the city in secret passages and speakeasy establishments, the undermanned Order Force is helpless to spare manpower against the growing presence of organised crime. The only hope is a small task force led by Senior Justiciar Gwendolen Proud, whose aim is to dismantle the two biggest players.
